Terms of trade - Account holders FAQ

Can you invoice my client direct?

No, as per our policy we do not offer 3rd party invoicing – unless that particular client has already setup credit facilities with Mark Print.

There was no invoice on the goods delivered, why is that?

Two reasons; all invoices are emailed to the email address specified on the credit account application.

The other reason is Mark Print blind labels all packaging as we produce products for many print brokers and design studios who do not want the printers name disclosed.

Do I have to supply a PO when I place an order?

Not necessarily; It depends on what your company’s policies and procedures are around purchasing. For example; If a PO number is required by your company on every Tax Invoice issued by Mark Print then you must supply a PO with every order.

If you company does not require the use of PO’s then we simply make reference to the name of the person who ordered the goods.
